Returns & Exchanges

At HYLETE, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction, offering a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible so you can get back to your training without distraction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
